Join us as Liz shares from Psalm 13. This Psalm was written by David and can be used as a model for making a prayer of honesty. It can roughly divided into:

1) Problem - where David honestly shares his feelings with God of abandonment,

2) Petition - where David shares his requests and makes a cry for help, 

3) Praise -where David ends with praising God. 

Liz shares about how our feelings are not always based in reality and how Jesus is the truth and can bring truth into our minds and hearts. Liz encourages us to grow in learning the power of praising God even when we don’t feel like.
