Vision Partners

If you plan to attend the Annual General Meeting, please register in the foyer and complete a “Vision Partner in Good Standing” form prior to the meeting.

If you’re unable to attend, you may appoint another Vision Partner as your proxy to attend and vote on your behalf. “Vision Partner in Good Standing / Appointment of Proxy” forms will be available at the Welcome Desk in the foyer from Sunday 19 April 2026. Please ensure proxies are submitted before the start of the meeting.

We also want to gently remind you of the culture we seek to foster at Lifestreams: if you have new questions or concerns regarding our ministries, church, or staff, we encourage you to raise them outside of the meeting. This allows us to have thoughtful, face-to-face conversations or, where appropriate, include them in a future agenda.
